Detailed Quotation
A detailed quotation of the job will be estimated, depending on the type of job to perform, its complexity, its technical requirements (required output format (e.g e-book), preservation of the links integrity within a volume and between volumes, graphics localization).
The quotation will clearly separate:
- The text-only translation,
- Tasks specific to the translation job:
- Graphics Localization using specific DTP software (Adobe Photoshop, etc.)
- Format de sortie (exemple : FrameMaker, génération d'un ebook avec respect de l'intégrité des liens, génération d'un document bilingue, etc.)

- Translation:
- The rates depend on:
- the contractor (direct client or translation agency)
- the use of a TRADOS translation memory (existing or to be created).

- any extra technical job (Layout, DTP) will be estimated as the time required to complete it.

Capacity
- Average Daily Capacity : 3,000 words/day
According to wished deadlines, this rate can be increased to 4,000 words
- Each translation job is printed, proofread on paper, goes through a last correction step and is proofread again before its delivery.
